Application review

Growegy will complete the review and account creation within two business days (48 hours). Upon completion, your account will be created, monthly billing will begin, and details will be sent to the email address you provided.

Credit Reporting

We sent you an email from support@growegy.com with the document request. Please provide a copy of your IRS form SS-4 in your reply, if you do not have your form, you can just provide the Tax ID number. Growegy reports to Experian and Equifax Business, with manual verification for Dun & Bradstreet (initiated by the account holder through Dun & Bradstreet). Please note that credit reporting will not commence until we have received your company’s EIN (or Tax ID) number; however, account approvals will not be delayed. Upon approval, your account will be active, and recurring invoices will be issued.

Billing is recurring and immediate

Completing the application for a net30 account commits you to invoicing. You’ll receive regular invoices according to the billing option you choose (monthly or annually). Each payment period, you need to log into the payment portal to manually pay each invoice. While there is no personal credit check or personal guarantee required for our small business accounts, there is a commitment from your business to pay and your business is held liable. All activity is reported faithfully and accurately to business credit bureaus; we do not alter your payment history data.

Learn how to get the most out of the platform

We have a recorded webinar available to help you get familiar with our program and the additional benefits we offer. During the webinar, we will walk you through the software, show you how to get started, review billing and all of the benefits of your account. Several weeks later, if you schedule your first one-on-one call, we can assist you in customizing your account and get to know you.

Cancelation

You may cancel the Subscription at any time. The effective date of that cancellation for Monthly Plans takes effect on the following billing cycle (not the current billing cycle). For Annual Plans, the cancellation takes place on the next 12-month period. It does not cancel any installment payments (issued, outstanding, or to be issued) for the current Subscription. For full details, please refer to our Terms of Service.
