Growegy will complete the review and account creation within 2 business days (48 hours) from application submission. Due to our billing and reporting timeline, applications received on the 12th, 13th, or 14th of any month will be reviewed on the 15th or the next business day.  Upon completion, your account will be created, monthly billing will begin, and details will be sent to the email address you provided.

We sent you an email from support@growegy.com with the document request. Please provide a copy of your IRS form SS-4 in your reply, if you do not have your form, you can just provide the Tax ID number.
Growegy reports to Experian and Equifax Business. Please note that credit reporting will not commence until we have received your company’s EIN (or Tax ID) number; however, account approvals will not be delayed. Upon approval, your account will be active, and recurring invoices will be issued.

Completing the application for a net30 account commits you to invoicing. You’ll receive regular invoices according to the billing option you choose (monthly or annually). While there is no personal credit check or personal guarantee required for our small business accounts, there is a commitment from your business to pay and your business is held liable. All activity is reported faithfully and accurately to business credit bureaus; we do not alter your payment history data.

Automatic Payments. If you enroll, you authorize Growegy to charge your saved payment method for outstanding invoices. Automatic payment processing may begin no earlier than 23 hours before the invoice due date. Automatic payments will only start after you add a valid default payment method on file after account approval. If a payment fails or is rejected by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, your business remains responsible for paying all invoices on time. 
Manual Payments. Each billing period, you are responsible for paying your invoices manually. 
You can change your payment option at any time using our Billing Portal.

You may cancel the Subscription at any time.
The effective date of that cancellation for Monthly Plans takes effect on the following billing cycle (not the current billing cycle).
For Annual Plans, the cancellation takes place on the next 12-month period.
It does not cancel any installment payments (issued, outstanding, or to be issued) for the current Subscription.
